business requirements. We then produce a functional and technical specification
clearly identifying the architecture, usability and development requirements.
A project manager will be assigned from the inception of the project and will
be responsible for managing the developers and communicating with the client.
A team of developers will be assigned to the project and will remain on the project
throughout its life cycle.
We ensure quality assurance and commit to full knowledge transfer to the client.
Throughout the development, the intellectual copyright remains the ownership of
the client (subject to fees being paid). |
